GENERAL INFO

Welcome. Join us 20 minutes before your first class to register, dress into uniform and tour our facility. On your first day focus on getting familiar with our academy culture. We have a friendly community and welcome students from around the world. Our Jiu-Jitsu class consists of a warm up, one-on-one technical instruction, light drilling and specific training. Beginners should focus on getting familiar with basic concepts and are asked not to participate in specific training and live sparring.

JIU-JITSU

WHITE GI

Adults establish an understanding of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals. Our instruction focuses on both self-defense and modern sport Jiu-Jitsu. Build a solid defense while learning submissions and escapes from every position. Control and submit an opponent through the use of movement, leverage and connection. Train movement and mobility for lifelong fitness. 

Classes consist of a warm up, one-on-one technical instruction, drilling and specific training.

All belts and levels welcome. Traditional belt system applies. No sparring or drilling required. Uniform – white Gi

JIU-JITSU

NO GI

30 min
  • A No Gi class refers to wearing a rash guard, shorts and legging and is a fun way to train, flow and drill Jiu-Jitsu. Learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as it applies to NO GI MMA, BJJ sport competition and fighter training.

  • A 30 min supplement class for members only that consists of one-on-one instruction with light drilling and sparring. 

  • Members only. All levels welcome. No sparring for beginner students. Uniform – white Gi

  • Enjoy a rich combination of acrobatics, tumbling, yoga and martial arts in cool upbeat setting.  This class is designed to sculpt a lean body, create a wide range of mobility and train your cardio endurance. Join us, movement training is more than just a workout, it’s a fun way to regain control of lost range of motion due to today’s organized isolated movement practices. 
  • A fitness class that consists of a light warm up, movement and mobility drills and a cool down. Target your core, while building flexibility and endurance.

  • A unique class that has children moving dynamically, building body awareness and exploring their range of motion.   A combination of acrobatics, tumbling, self-defense and music.  Children improve their coordination, mobility and rhythm.
